Privacy Policy — Last updated: April 2026
Fracture ("the App") is developed by Enes Kucukpehlivan ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information directly.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following data for advertising and analytics purposes:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS) — only with your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
- IP address (may be truncated)
- Device type, operating system version
- Crash and performance data
2. How Data Is Used
- To show relevant advertisements (requires your ATT consent)
- To measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- To improve SDK stability and performance
Game progress (completed levels, stars, settings) is stored locally on your device only using Apple's UserDefaults. We do not transmit this data anywhere.
3. Advertising & Consent
When you first launch Fracture, you will see a consent dialog powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) if you are in a GDPR-applicable region. You can change your consent at any time in Settings → Manage Ad Consent.
On iOS 14 and later, the App will ask for your permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Denying this request will result in non-personalized ads only; the game will function identically either way.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
- Google UMP SDK — UMP Documentation
5. Children's Privacy
Fracture is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Advertising data collected by Google is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You may reset your advertising identifier at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Local game data can be reset inside the App via Settings → Reset Progress.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict data processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The updated version will be available at this URL with the revision date noted at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
